Suggest Remedies For Knee Pain When Diagnosed With Osteoarthritis

I have osteoarthritis in both knees.I have noticed in the last couple months that my right knee will get a pain making it difficult to walk.Today I was sitting and when I tried to stand the pain in my knee was unbearable. I couldn t even put pressure on it to walk.Any ideas?

Your osteoarthritis seems have worsened as indicated by the increased pain in the right knee, as you say.
You need to take oral NSAIDs as your case seems moderately severe.These are prescription drugs so I advice you to ask your healthcare provider for the drugs.
If oral NSAIDs are not enough, you may need intraarticular steroids as second line measure.
