It seems from your query that you are a diabetes patient and the symptoms that you state are all related to diabetes especially when blood sugar is high. Your test results though are fine but still you need to control your diet to maintain your sugar levels. As you say that you are experiencing increased hunger as well as thirst, you must include free foods in your diet like clear soups, salads like cucumbers, tomatoes, onions etc to satiate hunger. Fruits with high water content will not only satiate thirst but hunger too like watermelons, musk melons etc. Having cucumbers which have a high water content will also provide relief from the symptoms.

Symptoms like increased thirst and dry mouth indicate dehydration. To avoid this condition, Drink plenty of fluids like low fat milk without sugar, buttermilk, coconut water, lemon water etc but avoid fruit juices as they will increase blood sugar. If you drink alcohol, then try to avoid or limit alcohol intake to not more than 2 drinks a day. Alcohol consumption not only affects blood sugar control adversely but also causes dehydration.

Limit your salt (sodium chloride) intake and sodium rich foods especially if you are a non vegetarian as animal foods like mutton and chicken have a high sodium content. This will help in relieving thirst caused due to high sodium intake.

As far as physical activity is concerned, considering your limitations in mobility, I would suggest you to do some arm and chair exercises which involve movement of arms mostly. This will help in controlling blood sugar too. You can search the internet for the exercises I have mentioned and can try those which you can do without much discomfort. Hope this answers your query. I will be glad to help you if you have any more doubts. If you are satisfied then you can close the discussion by rating it.
