Suggest Remedies For Headaches While On Medications For Cholesterol And High BP

My wife is suffering from the flu for the last 2 days. she is taking medicine for high blood pressure, Cholesterol, celexa, Hormones and lorazepam. right now she is taking over the counter Coricidin HBP Maximum Strenght Flu and switch to Tylenol Extra strength. She is having the typical chills, Nausea,fever but the worst is the headaches. How can she take to easy the headaches?

Dear,Thanks for referring to HCM !!

I completely understand your concern for your wife.

since you have mentioned that she is having typical chills, nausea , fever , for a patient with these symptoms in my clinic i would have recommended to take diagnostic tests like CBP, WIDAL and smear for malarial parasite.

*As of now kindly give her analgesics like Paracetamol only, which you are already giving. It can be taken thrice daily.

*Make her do steam inhalation at least 3 times a day. This will greatly relieve her headache.

kindly see that she undertakes the above mentioned diagnostic tests and report as early as possible.

she shall be fine soon.
