Suggest Remedies For Headache And Vomiting

Today, I was out in the sun for 4-5 hours on my scooter (from 10 am to 3 pm). After coming home, I had a real bad headache and even after 4-5 hours it is not going. I vomited twice after reaching home. I was on empty stomach out but this has never happened with me ever.

this looks like migraine headache, this headache will occur after sun exposure, associated with nausea and vomitings, it will be on one side of the head, it can be seen with hypoglycemia also. avoid more sun exposure, use googles, head caps, helmet on two wheelers.
