Hi doctor My hair is falling about 2 months ago and I ve been taking priorin tablets and using minoxidil solution topically.. Still it s falling but a bit less Can you advise me what to do I m a woman of 52 years old and my lab results are normal Thank you

I really appreciate your concern, it is very rare condition seen in female and it must be happening due to hormone changes it may be due to hair root disease and all of these need to be ruled out I would suggest to continue the given treatment but along with that better to ruled out the hair root disease and for that better to see the dermatologist hope this information helps.
