Suggest Remedies For Fever And Abdominal Pain With ESR 145

my brother has mild fever from last two months and pain in back side of abdomen, ultra sound report says that he has TB infection, esr is 145. pain comes and goes, feeling very weak, pain increases with movement.He is 40 years old, he has tumer in on eye doctors want to remove his affected eye.
