27 y/o female. I got stung in the left side of my face by a wasp 3 days ago, and now a lymph node in the left side of neck is enlarged and very painful to touch, the wasp sting site is also slightly swollen and very itchy and feels like it has little bumps all around it.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Enlarged and painful lymph node suggests acute lymphadenitis or acute inflammation of the lymph node.
The most probable cause for it is the insect bite.
Swelling and bumps around the bite site suggests an allergic reaction to the insect bite.
A painkiller will be helpful to relieve the pain due to the insect bite.
Anti-histaminics are a group of drugs used for allergic reactions.
I suggest you to consult your primary health provider for clinical assessment and prescription of drug.
The pain will subsite once the allergic reaction comes under control.

Thanks and take care
