Hi, I woke up with a dull ache in my right shoulder that extends down my arm three days ago. It isn t getting worse but i m not sure it s getting better, At the weekend I was lifting heavy bags in the garden and strained the area just under my right collar bone. That feels better now but wonder if this new pain could be linked? I am an anxiety sufferer and so i m afraid that everytime i experience any new symptoms i always panic myself!
