Your symptoms could be a irritable bowel syndrome
There is no permanent cure of the symptoms and treatment is symptomatic
I would suggest to consult the gastroenterologist and go for proper investigations like
Blood test: CBC,ESR, serology test for celiac disease
Stool microscopy and culture to exclude the infections
Hydrogen breath test to rule out the malabsorption
Doctor will give following advices for your symptoms:
Soluble fiber like senna and isahpgul husk
Take unienzyme and oral
simethicone for faster relief from the bloating.
Tablet ciplox OZ, Sporaolac sachet
Tablet
dicyclomine and promethazine: 1 hour hr before the meal.
Sublingual tablet of the
vitamin B12 and
folic acid Take more yogurt, curd and buttermilk in the diet
Avoid spicy and oily food and take diet like banana, rice, applesauce and toast.
Take small frequent meal rather than large meal.
Avoid stress.
Do regular exercise like walking and yoga
