Suggest Remedies For Constipation
I am 70 y.o. I have a bowel bovement twice a week. It is as hard as a rock, large size, hard to push out, and tears up the annus. I am 5' 8" tall, weighs 240lbs, enlarged prostate, have 2 stents in, 7 different medications daily. I am constipated for over 5 weeks. Please help.

I really appreciate your concern, but this may not be constipation and no need to worry about this, drink more water, have fiber containing diet, keep the regular habit of going to toilet even without the need of this, still go in and sit there for some time no matter if you do not pass the stool, no need to apply any force, have a nice day.
