Suggest Remedies For Chronic Cough
Hey...I had a bad cold few days ago.Now it's better,I don't have fever anymore or the nose blocked,but I'm still coughing really bad.And it's like I can't stop.I barely can talk now.
If at first it was just simple cough,now it's from the lungs.And the cough it is not follow by sputum,but i do have sputum in my throat.What medicine should i take?
For the cold i took some sachets and the only thing that is that bothers me is the cough.Should I buy a productive cough syrup?Or a strong medicine?

I have gone through your query.Usually for cough associated with a common cold can last till 2 weeks.For my patients after auscultation if any signs of bronchoconstriction is there then i advise bronchodilators and anti allergic tablets or syrups.If there is no such symptoms and productive cough i advise mucolytic expectorants which contains ambroxol and guaphenesin.I also advise them to avoid cold drinks.Taking lemon tea, warm chicken soup and vitamin C helps.Hope this may help you.
