Suggest Remedies For Chronic Constipation, Bloating And Abdominal Pain

Hello, I am having digestive problems. I get very constipated. I adopted a vegan diet 6 months ago to try and help the problem. Now my stool isn t as hard but still backs up. I have found that enemas are helpful but I don t want to become dependent. If I don t do an enema at least once a month, I get very gassy. My abdomen bloats and makes me look pregnant. I also get abdominal pains that,I think, are where my colon turns. I also will get emergency diarrhea, if I don t do the enema. Any ideas?

According to your complain you have problem of bloting stomach and alternative diarrhea and constipation than think about irritable bowel syndrom. Long time symptoms are present than think about irritable bowel syndrom.

Some food allergy may ruled out.Intestinal infection may cause abdominal bloting problem and diarrhea. Lack of fiber and water cause constipation problem. Consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
Proper physical examination and history give exact idea.

Stool examination test is helpful helpful for diagnosis. Abdominal ultra sonography is helpful for further diagnosis.
