Suggest Remedies For Chronic Back Pain At Night

I have pain in upper Back and this pain happens in Night after 3 hrs of sleeping. i have shown to many doctors, Ayurvedic and Neem Hakim etc. but Pain is as it is. No Bones TB, already checked. Please suggest me the best opinion. I am living near to Delhi (India)
