Suggest Remedies For Chicken Pox Spots On Legs

Hi. I have had chicken pox spots on my legs and arms and feet since I was 5 years old. I tried many creams and lotions. Nothing much helped. I don t wear shorts and bathing suits and capris because of this. I m African American. Please help me. How do I remove chicken pox spots please?

Hi.
As per your case history of chickenpox spots.
My treatment advice is -
1. It usually takes 4-6 years to get complete recovery from spots.
2. Apply a kojic acid cream like kojivit twice daily on affected skin.
3. Take a vitamin E supplement once daily for 3 months.

If problem persists then consult a dermatologist.
