Suggest Remedies For Blood In Stools

Hi, I have a very sick brother who is a quad. Is now having several problems with abscess and other problems. was home from hospital and dehydrated so is back in hospital. Had been on a feeding tube but was taken out due to problems with stomach. Now he can not eat or drink without getting very sick. Also found dark blood in his poop bag. Please help.
