Suggest Remedies For Back Pain

Taking following meds: carvedilol(25mg), atorvastatin (20mg) and fenofibrate (130mg) - blood pressure, cholestrol control. I have occasional back pain (probably overdue it at times). Which type pain med is best - acetaminophen (tylenol) or ibuprofen (motrin)?//

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, any NSAID (Non steroid anti-inflammatory drugs) can be used for pain but best is Diclofenac 50 mg once in day is best, and it can be tried, bur more important is underlying cause of pain and it needs to be ruled out if the pain persistence then x-ray is advisable hope this information helps.
