Hi Thanks for posting on HCM Bronchiolitis is a respiratory tract infection.Like other respiratory infections, it is mostly caused by respiratory viruses like rhinovirus.However, bacteria infection or superinfection are possible.Since the cause has already been identified as rhinivirus, symptomatic treatment will do and will need to be well administered as bacteria infection can set in.You may travel with her but she should not be exposed to environmental irritants like dust, cold and smoke.I will suggest you try the following: -Continue with nasal washing with saline, nebulizer -Add a steroid like celestene -Avoid environmental irritants as cited above -Enough rest and let her drink enough fluids Hope this will help Best regards
