Suggest Remedies Draining Boil

What to do after boil on the inner thigh bursts and starts bleeding ? I had dressed the area using concentrated dettol after cleansing it with diluted dettol in warm water and a washcloth. But it was burning badly so I removed the dressing. Its 1.30 am now and now I shall sleep. What measures can I take in the morning? The boil is still draining and zI have removed the dressing keeping the boil open as it was burning.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
This is known as burst abscess , only options are .
1 Take serratiopeptidase 20 three times in a day with aceclofenac 200 mg twice in day with some antibiotics as erythromycin 500 mg twice in day . This treatment is only for 3-5 days and sufficient. Prescription require so please consult a doctor and get his prescription.
2 Since this is 1.30 AM take some diclofenac or other pain killer with ice massage around burst abscess.
3 The third option is press this abscess ( boil ) and drain all pus &
you will get relief.
Dressing will produce burning sensation due to high temperature ( due to bandage).
Deal as mentioned.
Good luck.
