Suggest Reason And Solution For Dry Nose Followed By Headache
Hi this is arunkumar from chennai...always my nose are become very dry. Once its dry automatically head ache will come so that am frequently using vicks or amrutanjan to reduce this probelm..can you tell why this happen and solution for these problem..

Dear patient dryness of nose common in hot climate with less humidity in the air..
Other causes like use of antihistamines, antidepressants, rhinitis sicca, chronic vestibulitis etc..
Treatment
1.petrolium jelly application
2.using of humidifier in the room.
3.nasoclear normal Saline spray you can use regularly
4 . baby wipes also keep nose moisture
5 . steam inhalation
If symptoms not improved consult your doctor
