Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. You can now very well plan the pregnancy.
Do get your Rh antibody titre to know the status of Rh isoimmunisation, which is common in Rh negative pregnancy who have undergone an abortion.
Travel is not contraindicated in early pregnancy, however bumpy rides should be avoided.
You should also take folic acid tablets as taking it in preconceptional period reduces the risk of congenital anomalies in the fetus.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
