hi doc, i m 28yrs, height 5.4 , weight 56 kgs, suffering frm Rhemutoid arthritis 7 yrs, married 1.5 yrs want to plan baby. what treatment should i follow to have a safe pregnancy and health baby? right now i m having HCQS 200 mg, defza 24 OD, Sulfasalizine 2gm, folic acid, calcium. plz give me the right advice. thank you.

hi we need to evaluate your heart by 2D echo as some times it may affect.otherwise we need to change some medicines.as steroid is better to stop or continue at minimal dose
