Suggest Precautions For Migraine

I used to have a problem with migraines. This week, I felt like I was starting to get them again. When I bend to go into a lower drawer or pick something up from the floor is when it worsens. I am 78 yrs. old, pretty good health, but do take Xarelto 20mg metoprolol tartrate 20nmg for AFib. I have been in a stressful period of my life, but it beginning to improve. If it continues should I call my GP or my cardiologist?
