General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and thanks for your question. Sometimes it is diffult to get pregnant when you have polycystic ovary syndrome. Make sure that you are taking a prenatal vitamin with folic acid and that your husband is taking a mens multivitamin. Eat a diet with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grains. Exercise daily at least for 30 minutes with something aerobic like walking or biking. See a gynecologist and follow their directions carefully. Be patient and I wish you luck.
