Hello Doctor, my wife gets headache / migraine twice or thrice in a month. her headache changes positions every time (different sides of head). She takes paramit tablet. She just wants to rest in without sunlight or light. her headache aggravates if she smells perfume, deo or any food smell. When she has headache she vomits couple of times. Headache stays for a day or two, sometimes for a week. We have shown many physicians, they just say its a migraine issue, continue the tablets. Please suggest any permanent solution or anything that she should avoid for not getting migraine.
