HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If the symptoms have been occurring over a 4 month period then it is not likely the common cold but allergies.

Treatment would involve: (1) avoiding the source of the allergies if they are known
This would significantly reduce your symptoms

(2)continue the topical nasal spray and also consider the use of an oral antihistamine

The allergy should not adversely affect your pregnancy.

I hope this helps
