Suggest Permanent Cure For Back Pain

Hi,

i am 41 years old , 6 ft H and I have back pain since more than 10 years at lower and higher part but not going to my leg and i can walk and run without problem but this pain is continous and sometimes is severe. please advise if this series as i am worried.

Beat thing for you would be good regular back strengthening exercises. These specific exercises and hot fomentation for relieve stiffness before exercises will help you in long run.
