Suggest Pain Relief Medicines For Severe Lower Back Pain

my father is suffering from back lower pain since 4 months , father was slipped down in his bathroom, and as per the xray report he has no en gory in his back spinal cord, local dr, chabra is giving some medicine to him like IMORIL BMG,ULTRACET,PREGABID,OMEZ, but he has no any pain releaf till now, father is suffering from daebities and b.p.,problem but these deseases are undercontrol,his age is 79, please suggest me the pain releaf medicines or any other treatment.

You need to undergo any MRI if back pain is not improving. X-ray doesnt show the complete picture, it only shows gross bony abnormalities. You should consult a pain physician or a neurologist for finding the cause of low back apin. A pain physician can guide you with some interventional procedures like epidural injections or facet injections depending on the cause if pain is not improving with medicines.
