Suggest Pain Medication When Suffering From Spondylolisthesis

I have Spondylolisthesis In my lower back and it causes constant pain. Sleeping has become difficult due to pain, I struggle with falling asleep and wake up about 10 times because pain is too intense. Is medical marihuana a possible option to help ease pain at night so that I can sleep ?

I really appreciate your concern, such pain may not be due to spinal condition that you have but this could be due to muscular spasm and it can be tried with "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac" three times in day and better avoid the narcotic, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
