Hi..
Can understand your concern..

As per your complain in case if you have a dislodged filling and you have pain it indicates that either you have nerves exposed if some part of tooth has also broken with the filling along with nerves left exposed..

There can also be a condition in which there has been secondary infection due to infection reaching below the filling in the tooth due to some leakage in the filling and causing deepening of infection and causing pain..
This can also be the reason for the dislodgement of the filling..

The line of treatment can be decided by a dentist after taking an x-ray that tooth can be saved or not.If it can be saved Root canal treatment along with antibiotics and painkillers has to be done..
If not extraction can be done..

Till the time you can take Ibuprofen or tramadol for pain relief but only painkiller cannot provide relief alone and along with it you need to take the treatment at the dental office..

Hope this information helps..
