Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
hi
thanks for your query
If she clears the physician fitness, ideally speaking she needs surgery. But, if she is unfit or not willing then my advice would be-
1.Traction be applied to limb to reduce her pain and to keep the limb in somewhat fracture alighnment position.
2.Put her on air mattress to prevent bed sore.
Take care and I shall be glad to answer any further query
