Suggest Natural Treatment To Regulate Periods

Hi im a 47 yr my periods used yo be regular but since Christmas I ve been having irregular periods i he been on fora mmonth at s time sonetimes heavy and very clotty then not seen for two months now um seeing again been like it fir three weeks andits watery and clotty is there any natural remedies that can regulate me again
