Suggest Natural Remedy For Hyperthyroidism

I am 62 year old female. I have been told I have hyperthyroidism....TSH was 0.04. I am not displaying any of the symptoms of a hyperthyroid. Wondering if it is necessary to go on tapazole. Concerned of the side effects of this drug and was considering an all natural remedy.

if there is doubt then go for reapet test of thyroid hormone essay. can consult endocrinologist for examination and advise. need not start tapazole till then.
