Suggest Multi Vitamin For Type-1 Diabetic While On Mixtard 30-Penfill

i am type 1 diabetic .. i am using mixtard 30 penfill ..my last hba1c was 6.2 and my fbs is usually from 90-120 and rbs is usually from 100-190.. i think i am anaemic .. due to pale skin and when i had beet juice my urine was red .. i wanted to ask if u could suggest a multivitamin for my overall health ..my hair are thin and i did noticed a little receding hairline as well..thank you

1)Take [ABSOLUT capsules]once a day
2)If Hb% is low take [BREDIUM injection 2 times per week]
