I would like to know how much is your height and weight?Its then we can know whether
weight loss is needed and how much is it needed.Dieting will never make you loose weight in healthy way.It can cause serious implications on your health.
I recommend you following measures to stay fit,
-Have small and frequent meals divided in whole day.Dont skip any meal especially your breakfast.
Have a balanced diet including cereals,pulses,vegetables,fruits,dairy.Just avoid junk and processed food.Have meals at proper time.
-Engage yourself in some sports and outdoor recreational activities.If that is not possible,do brisk walking of atleast 30 minutes everyday.Do housechores.Avoid sitting at one place and watching TV or internet.
-Have minimum 8 hours of sleep.
As you have mentioned nothing about your height,weight,gender,family history,its difficult to proceed on with consideration of other medical problems which can be cause of your obesity.
