Suggest Methods To Loose Weight
i am 18yrs old and i was suffering from autoimmune systoem and doctor give me medicine of predisolone and now it is under control but i want to ask that my height is stop increasing,their is any medicine which increase height and my another question is that my weight is increasing day by day,due to this medicne predisolone and how can i control it or lose it please help

no medicine to increase height.
weight is increasing due to prednisolone,
ask your doctor to reduce the medicine slowly ,as required,
take fresh fruits,leafy veg,soya products,plenty of water.
avoid alcohol,cola,coffee,smoking,junk food,
do swimming,cycling,
consult physician for tablet orlistat,lorcaserin,
feedback.
