Suggest Methods To Improve Lactation

I am gokila and I delivered a baby boy 60 days back. Lactation is very poor and I have tried medication like lactare, ayurvedic powders, tablets and lactonic drink. I have also tried garlic and fenugreek. I can see some improvement when compared to before, however, it is not sufficient for my baby. Can u please let me know whether there is any product which could improve lactation in amyway?

Generally reglan (metoclopramide) tablets are used to increase breast milk. If not good enough, lactonic granules one sachet in a glass of milk twice a day is used for the same. You have already tried other options. Secretion of breast milk is dependant on the suckling of the baby on the mother's breast and more hungry the baby, more is the breast milk produced. But if the hunger is fulfilled with external feeds, the hunger is reduced and so is breast milk. So, once top feeds are introduced, it is hard to bring up the breast milk production.
