By the end of each day, I am often too darn tired to finish chores or spend some quality time with my wife and son. I have NO time to exercise and CANNOT sleep more than 6.5 hours a day. How do I ensure I don't burn out too rapidly?

How to do that? That is time management. Managing time is a difficult task, but managing what you do is an easy task.

You need to balance your work and family life. find time for entertainment with your children and wife. Find time to exercise. You are not finding time to these mainly because you are not accepting them as worth doing. Your stress level at office is more because you are not passionate with your work. So you get stressed and bored.
