Hello, I had gone through the case and found that you are underweight. please go for some medical checkup like Bone density, Calcium Level, Sugar test. If you find all three basic tests are normal then take protein, calcium and good fat rich diet along with do muscle buildup gym exercise. You need daily 1600-2200 calories in your diet. So take 3 glass of full cream milk, 2-3 eggs/ 100 gram paneer in day. 15 ml of butter in a day. Other protein and calcium rich fruits and non vegetarian diet.
