Suggest Methods To Gain Body Weight

i have tried everything to gain weight and i cant...i am 5ft 3 and only 6 1/2 stone...i drink fortisips along with meals but still i can not gain weight...i have tried lots of supplements and nothing helps...i notice that before i go to bed that i can see curves after my day but when i wake in the morning i look like skin and bones again and also alot of the time when i eat a meal or drink the supplements i need to use the toilet straight after which cant be good...i dont have any pains or anthing just the urge to go to the toilet...this is depressing me and the doctors have been so unhelpful

To gain weight u don't need supplements or medications u need good and healthy diet. Which helps u to gain weight. Have diet in rich in protein ton gain muscle mass not fat or carbohydrates u need to Gian muscle not fat. Have good quality protein like milk daily twice a day. Curds And buttermilk daily. Include sprouts in your breakfast. Include paneer or soya sabji on regular basis. If non vegetarian can take two eggs whites daily.have intake of fruit twice a day. Include soya milk and tofu.include channa in ur daily diet. Include 4-5 almonds and 1 walnut daily. Small and frequent meals. Walk daily for 40-45 mins. Enjoy ur meals. Have balance diet.
