thanks doctors i was serching for you i have a anxiety disorder and have littel blood pressure..the pressure rises when i eat nicotine and get down with in few min..how to conferme that i have blood pressure my average blood pressure 128 86 is it ok or i have to worr

Hai,

As your blood pressure is normal.no need to worry.

blood pressure will differ depends on diet, exercise, disease, and certain external factors also. alcohol will influence blood pressure.
intake nicotine will increases blood pressure.it also cause damage to the heart vessel and other peripheral vessels.


Methods to control blood pressure:

Limit the amount of sodium (salt) you eat. Aim for less than 1,500 mg per day.

Eat a heart-healthy diet. Include potassium and fiber, and drink plenty of water. Stay at a healthy body weight.
Exercise regularly -- at least 30 minutes a day
Reduce stress. You can doingtry meditation or yoga.it will also beneficial for your anxiety disorder
Avoid nicotine in any form.
