Hello
Welcome here
You have been taking medicines for high BP. Still your BP is out of control.

I would advise you to make some lifestyle modifications which will prove bebeficial:
1. Quit smoking asap.
2. Cut down salt intake.
3. A brisk morning walk of thirty minutes in morning.
4. Regular bedtime routine.
5. Avoid stressful activities.
6. Practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation.

Antianxiety medicines like klonopin(prescription drug) on SOS basis can help to reduce anxiety.

Hope this helps.
Thanks
