sub fertile for 10 yrs,p1 theraputic abortion at 8 th week due to tb adenitis,then had subfertility,3rd iui was success but d&e done at 14 week due to no heart beats.then ivf done and failed.on caryotyping showed abnormaly enlarged y chromosome,a sri lankan embryologist suggested to go for donor sperms,iui done 2 times with donor sperms,but failed.planning to do another ivf with donor sperms which we didn't start.one professor of genetics reported the above mentioned y abnormality may cause some instability in meiyosis.pls pls help us.we are 34+ old.we want to get a baby of 100%from our eggs and sperms.is it possible.
