Suggest Methods Of Maintaining A Normal Blood Pressure

Every morning as soon as I wake up (and fully rested) my blood pressuere is 175/95 or higher. In the evening (after a full day's physical work) my blood pressure is normal. What is the cause I wonder of this abnormality (i.e. high blood pressure all the time or normal blood pressure all the time) and what to do about it (besides using drugs)
