Hi, i really need help with my weight.. i am 29 and 14.10lb my bmi is 35.4. This is noew getting to the stage where it is not just effecting my physically but mentally amd even my marriage. i hate looking at myself this is how bad its got. will i get any help i do play squash twice a week but have 2 small children so has to fit round them
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, if you are worried about weight and want to reduce this so first thing you need to do is stay away from stress, anxiety, reduce the calorie in diet, no junk food, no meal at odd time, avoid taking food at middle of the night awaking from sleep and eating, go exercise, on regular basis these would reduce the weight gradually, hope these helps, take care.
