Suggest Methods For Weight Gain

Dear Docs,
Hi,
My problem is that i am a skinny guy. I m very weak my friends and relatives always tease me saying that you are very weak. Some basic information related to me is as under:
Age: 20 Years 7 Months
Weight: 54 Kg (119 Pound)
Height: 5 Ft 7 inches (near 176 cm)
Please help me and write some cure.

BMI stands for body mass index, it is used to determine if a persons weight is too little, normal or too much for their height.

It is calculated using the weight and the height.

The normal BMI is 18 to 24.9. Your BMI based on the values given is 18.6 which is only just into the normal range.

If you wish to increase your size you can consider the following: (1) strength training to increase muscle mass

(2)weight gain by increasing the portions of food used, increasing the frequency of meals by using snacks, using high calorie foods
