Hello, i am 20 years old and standing at only 165 cm tall, and weighing 85 kilos. within the last 24 months i have put on roughly 20 kilos! This is without even changing my diet, lately i have started a bilion diets, losing interest within a few days, i am often tired, extremely pale and just not happy with my looks. I have a boyfriend, whom i have been with for the two years of the sudden weight gain, i am bigger than him and i am becoming very self concious.

Hello! If you haven't change your way of eating than you should do a thyroid test: TSH, fT4 to check for thyroid problems. Do you have any other symptom: as cold, irritability? Hypothyroidims is one of the causes of putting on weight. Or may be you have lowered your daily activity. If you don't have other symptoms or problems you can exercise and diet. Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts. Exercise, one hour a day, everyday or at least 4 times a week. Go to a gym or run outdoor, go cycling, swimming, whatever you want.
Best regards.
