hello doctor my father is aged 62 years and he was suffered with kidney problem and now is creatinine level is 4.05 and he is also a diabetic patient for past 8 years now he is doing dialysis for twice in the month what we will do what are medicines will reduce the dialysis frequency......

Thanks for your question on HCM. Honestly speaking there is no medical substitute for dialysis. You can surely go for renal transplant. As it is long term solution for rdnal failure patient. And now a days, donors are available, facilities have increased, and expert doctors are also available. So better to search for transplant option and register in transplant registry.
Meanwhile you can start soda bicarb oral tablets, strict control of diabetes and regular nephrologist follow up is needed for you.
