Suggest Medicines For Cold

Hi
My wife who is 63 takes Amlodipine (5mg), Bendroflumethiazide (2.5mg) & Diovan (80mg). She constantly suffers from what I would describe as a head cold with a blocked nose and catarrh. She has difficulty sleeping and is increasingly suffering from hot flushes. Could he medication be causing the problems? Regards Bill

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that symptoms of your wife could be due to allergic condition and not because of the medicine that she is on, in my opinion it is better to have the symptomatic medicine for this, just get the relief even if she would take no medicine for this then also it would come around within 4 to 5 days, take care and have a nice day.
