Suggest Medicines For Abdominal Pain And Body Ache

i have a lower intestine infection with the following symptoms: loose motions with pain in the lower abdomen with gaseous feeling and body ache and headache. i have had norflox tz which has stopped the loose motions but the abdominal pain and body ache persists. what medicine to have?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The symptoms of abdominal pain, diarrhea, body ache and headache suggest a gastrointestinal infection.
Norflox TZ is a broad spectrum antibiotic which is effective against a large number of aerobic and anaerobic infections.
It is important to know the type of abdominal pain that you are experiencing.
Is the pain spasmodic or a vague dull aching pain.
In case the pain is spasmodic, anti-spasmodics are required.
Dicyclomine is a common anti-spasmodic used for spasmodic type of pain.
If the pain is dull aching, you can use painkiller diclofenac for the pain.
