Suggest Medicines For COPD Other Than Xoponex And Lopressor
I am a COPD patient. I am allergic to Lopressor. I have been prescribed Xoponex after being on
Combivent for years. I found the new Combivent Respimat useless!!!! Have had all kinds of side
effects trying to use Xopenex HFA; pains in chest, lack of energy, using oxygen more often, bad
taste in mouth. Does the allergy to Lopressor have anything to do with my failure to thrive on Xoponex.
I just started my second container of Xoponex. Thanks.

Its unlikely to be a sideeffect of the drug. Most probably your COPD has worsened and requires a combination of inhaled bronchodilator and a steroid. Kindly consult your doctor for the same.
